*Creating an INITIATIVE to
INVEST in FEMALE FOUNDERS — with the actual PEPSICO.
(You know, the drinks people.)
*PEPSICO
idea creation,
naming,
visual identity,
cheerleading.
PepsiCo has always championed diversity and innovation, and was keen to start investing in entrepreneurs within the food and beverage space, specifically female founders: think Stacy’s Pitta Chips (Cinnamon Sugar 4EVA! All hail Stacy).

They tasked us with creating a name and a brand for this global initiative. Enter Womanmade, a community dedicated to giving female founders peer-to-peer mentorship, access to tools, relevant content and expert guidance. And in just one year, we’ve organically grown the community to more than 2,300 female entrepreneurs.
The logo we created shows ‘WM’ as the XX chromosome (we’re still pretty chuffed about that lucky find).
With FEMALE ENTREPRENEURS receiving only 3% OF VENTURE CAPITALIST FUNDING, we are proud to create more opportunities for women in the food and beverage industry through programs like the WomanMade Challenge.

In March 2020, the inaugural Womanmade Challenge awarded $100,000 in business grants to three female entrepreneurs.

We created the concept, name and logo. An American agency, Ma’am, was enlisted to apply these to various online and printed materials.
We are so very proud of the work that Gina did on developing the strategy, story and incredible visual identity for our WomanMade program. They created an amazing identity that brought our idea to life in a distinctive yet empathetic manner. I would highly recommend working with them.
